Payoneer cash-ins carry no fee, and neither do remittance claims. The outlet-set suggested rate at Pera Outlet agents runs 1 per cent, charged on cash-ins of at least PHP 100.

What GCash says about gambling transactions

GCash bars pyramid and Ponzi schemes in its terms and conditions, the nearest it comes to any blanket ban on gambling merchants, which it doesn’t impose. Wherever restrictions exist, a regulator put them there. Following BSP Memorandum M-2025-029, dated 14 August 2025, which required every BSP-supervised institution to remove in-app links and redirects to gambling and gaming sites within 48 hours, GCash withdrew its GLife Games top-up and withdrawal feature effective 16 August 2025.

Blocking roughly 3,200 merchants for QR-system abuse that redirected users toward illegal gambling and scam sites is something GCash reports separately, alongside its zero-tolerance policy toward illegal gambling operators. In-app gaming top-ups, along with illegal-gambling-linked merchants, are held in check by all of that. Funding a licensed casino’s cashier with GCash is neither endorsed nor ruled out by anything stated here.

• GCash Plus — This applies where a user’s status is Fully Verified and a bank or investment account is linked. The wallet holds up to PHP 500,000, monthly inbound tops out at PHP 500,000, and daily outbound tops out at PHP 100,000
• GCash Platinum — Eligible Globe Platinum subscribers only. A PHP 1,000,000 ceiling on the wallet, PHP 1,000,000 allowed in each month, PHP 500,000 allowed out each day, PHP 1,000,000 allowed out each month
